Thank you for shopping with Lemony Pickle. We hope you love your purchase, but if you are not completely satisfied, we are here to help.
Returns
Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, customers have the right to return an item within 14 days of receiving it, provided it is unused and in its original packaging.
To initiate a return, please contact us at returns@lemonypickle with your order number and reason for return. Once your return is approved, you will receive instructions on how to send your item back to us.
Conditions for Returns:

Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition, including packaging.

Earrings and other intimate jewellery items cannot be returned for hygiene reasons unless faulty.

Custom-made or personalised items are non-refundable unless defective.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect. We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot be responsible for lost returns.
Refunds
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item was faulty or incorrect.

If the item is not returned in its original condition, a partial refund may be issued.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange for the same item, please contact using the form on our contact page.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please notify us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will arrange a replacement or a full refund.
Cancellations
You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods under UK law. To cancel your order, please contact us at hello@lemonypickle.co.uk. If your order has already been dispatched, you will need to return it before a refund is issued.
